Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
Any no show/cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged half for the scheduled service. I recognize the time of my clients is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business but, also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. When you schedule your appointment with me, you are agreeing to these policies.
- For services $50 – $100, a $15 non-refundable deposit will be required.
- For services $100 and up, a $50 non-refundable deposit will be required.
- All deposits will go towards the total cost of your service.
